All that part of the Bernam River and its banks up to high-water mark as below.

Commencing from a point at the junction of the east banks of the Jendarata Canal with the right bank of the Bernam River, the boundary proceeds southerly to a point in the middle of the Bernam River;  thence in a westerly direction and in midstream to a point opposite Bagan Pasir; thence northerly to a point on the right bank of the Bernam River to Bagan Pasir; thence in an easterly direction following the right bank of the Bernam River and up to high-water mark to the point of commencement, to be marked by a board inscribed “Harbour Limit” at each of the points on land named.

Commencing from a point in the middle of the Bernam River opposite the east bank of the Jendarata Canal, the boundary proceeds southerly to a point at the junction of the left bank of the Bernam River with the east bank of the Parit opposite the Jendarata Canal; thence in a westerly direction along the left bank of the Bernam River and up to high-water mark to a point on the right bank of the river Lang; thence northerly to a point in the middle of the Bernam River; thence in an easterly direction and in mid-stream to the point of commencement, to be marked by a board inscribed “Harbour Limit” at each of the points on land named.
